Roofing

Roof replacement and repair, documented before we quote.

Full tear-offs, re-roofs, and targeted repairs on architectural shingle and standing seam metal. Every job opens with a drone-documented inspection — decking, flashing, valleys and ventilation — so the scope you get is based on what’s actually up there.

What We Do

Our roofing work

01

Full replacement

Tear-off to the deck, sheathing repaired where it’s soft, synthetic underlayment and ice-and-water shield in the valleys and along eaves, then shingle or panel to manufacturer spec. Skipping the tear-off saves money today and hides rot you’ll pay for later.

02

Targeted repair

Wind-lifted sections, cracked boots, failed pipe flashing, valley leaks. If a repair will genuinely hold, we’ll say so — a replacement you don’t need yet is the easiest sale in this trade and we’re not interested in it.

03

Storm damage & claims

Wind and hail documented to the standard your carrier expects, with the report in hand when we meet your adjuster on site. Emergency tarping up to $250 is free during your initial inspection.

04

Inspection & reporting

Drone imagery plus an attic walk, marked up into a code-compliant property report. You keep that report whether or not you hire us.

Why It Matters

Most roofs fail at the details, not the field

The wide-open middle of a roof is the easy part. Leaks start where planes meet and where things penetrate — valleys, step flashing against walls, chimney counterflashing, pipe boots, and the eave edge. Those are the spots a fast crew rushes and a cheap bid leaves out.

Ventilation is the other quiet killer. Without intake at the soffit and exhaust at the ridge, attic heat cooks shingles from underneath and takes years off a brand new roof. We check it on every job.

Warning Signs

What to look for

Four things you can check yourself before calling anyone.

Granules in the gutters

Shingles shedding their mineral surface are near the end. A few after install is normal; a steady accumulation is not.

Curling, cupping, or missing shingles

Edges lifting or corners curling means the mat has dried out. Missing tabs after a windstorm need documenting quickly for a claim.

Stains on ceilings or attic sheathing

Brown rings, dark streaks on the underside of the decking, or damp insulation. Water travels, so the stain is rarely under the hole.

Twenty years or older

Most architectural shingle in this climate runs 20–25 years. If you’re at that mark, get it inspected before a storm makes the decision for you.
